Kaiser Permanente excels in employee communications

 

Kaiser Permanent CEO and iFHP President,George Halvorson has been featured in a recent article in the Chicago Tribune. The article highlights not only the importance of employee communication but also illustrates examples of how George Halvorosn has been communicating with  200,000 staff for over five years. 

Some of his communications are to feature in a book, "KP Inside: 101 Letters to the People of Kaiser Permanente."
