HCF achieves ICSS accreditation
Australia’s largest not-for-profit health insurer, HCF, has achieved accreditation to the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) for high-quality customer service. The accreditation was certified through the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA).
HCF’s Managing Director, Shaun Larkin, said of the accreditation, “HCF is proud to be the first Australian health fund to achieve accreditation to the ICSS, and to have been recognised by the nation’s peak customer service body. Securing the certification matches our internal focus on providing quality service for members, and proves our commitment to excellence in customer care.
